• Divisions: 8U (Machine Pitch), 10U, 12U, 14U, 17U
• Format: 3 Game Guarantee (2 Pool Play followed by Single Elimination Bracket, possible gold and silver brackets based on the number of teams in each division.)
• Cost - 8U $350, 10U, 12U, 14U, 17U $525
• Refund Policy: 100% +90-60 days from June 12, 50% 60-30 days from June 12, No refund within 30 days of tournament.

• Tournament Info to be aware of:

  • Tournament may start as early as 9:30 AM on 6-12-26 depending on enrollment. Consideration will be given to teams with longer travel times when scheduling early games on Day 1 of tournament. 

  • The September 1, 2025 Age Cutoff Date will be utilized for this tournament.

• Rain Out Policy: In the unfortunate event of rain, communications will take place through Tourney Machine and our Facebook page. If two or more games are played there will be no refund issued. If only one game is played, a $150 refund will be issued. If no games take place, a full refund will be issued.

• Cost -8U $300, 10U-18U $699
• Refund Policy: 100% +90-60 days from July 23, 50% 60-30 days from July 23, No refund within 30 days of tournament.
• Please Note: All teams must register with USA Softball to participate in Class C State. (Added fee per athlete and coach. Coaches must pass USA Softball Background Check. See USA Softball-Wisconsin page for more details.)
• Based on the number of teams and double elimination tournament games will start as early as 8AM on Thursday, July 23.   
• Division : Class C

  • Your JO team must be registered with USA Softball of WI to be eligible to play in a USA Softball event in Wisconsin or at the National level.

  • Teams participating STRICTLY at the Community/Recreational level.

  • Leagues are urged to Individually Register players with USA Softball

  • Only Individually Registered Class C (rec) players can be eligible pickup players for Class A or Class B travel/teams for State or National Championship tournaments ONLY
